🏡 My advice to homes sellers right now: don’t wait for spring! I think that’s what a lot of sellers are doing after a slow second half in 2025 where inventory was way up and buyers were on the fence. But that has changed!
DM me to find out what your home could sell for in this low-inventory market I’m seeing. This may be the best window we’ve had in a long time for sellers, and the stats I just looked into and share here prove it!
