Sample cans are messy. So here’s what I use instead: Peel & stick paint samples from @samplize 🙌 ✔️ Real paint ✔️ Move them around ✔️ Test in every light — zero mess I’m using them right now for a Bay Park listing prep, and it’s saving us time, money, and headaches. 💡 Pssst Sellers: presentation matters. Buyers are active and ready, and prices are holding strong and even starting to inch back up in some of these areas. 🏡 My advice to homes sellers right now: don’t wait for spring! I think that’s what a lot of sellers are doing after a slow second half in 2025 where inventory was way up and buyers were on the fence. But that has changed!
