"If you get to work with Caroline one time in your life, you’re pretty lucky. If you get to work with Caroline TWO times ( like we did), you should run and buy a lotto ticket because you are EXTREMELY lucky and you should be counting your lucky stars.… Caroline helped us sell our little Bay Park condo last year, and we just knew that it would not be our one and only encounter with her. Fast forward to January 1 of this year, and we started the process again with Caroline (but this time we were the buyers and not the sellers). To be honest, we started out the buying process a little skeptical and pretty guarded because as long time San Diego residents, we understand how insane the market is here, especially right now. We know by this point that Caroline is always up for a challenge, bringing her positivity, her realness, her calm demeanor, and years and years of experience to the table, so we were excited to take the plunge. We compiled a list of our wants/ needs/ non-negotiables, scheduled 6 open house visits in one day (and Caroline had cleared her schedule in order to see all the houses with us), had a lot of intense conversations and debates about which house we loved the most, and eventually, we pulled the trigger and put an offer in on a home! Fast forward through a couple weeks of waiting, back and forth negotiations, and stressful escrow, and the house was officially ours! Although our patience was wearing thin at times, and the fear of the unknown outcome was heavy on our hearts, Caroline was always the voice of reason and encouragement. Ultimately, she guided us through all those stressful times with her empathy and her knowledge and expertise. Just like our previous experience, Caroline was there with us every step of the way, from start to finish and beyond (as we now consider her a friend). With a lot of strategic planning, intentional communication, multiple negotiations, and a lot of patience …. we are now the owners of our first dream starter home thanks to Caroline. Although we wouldn’t necessarily recommend planning a wedding and buying a house all within the same year, we just knew when the opportunity to buy a house presented itself, with Caroline as our trusted realtor, it just made sense for us to go all in. We are so beyond ecstatic for this next chapter we are embarking on, and we are grateful for Caroline who was a huge part of our home buying success."
